Supervision Certification

Complete Supervision System +

Real World Training

= Confident, Registered BAS Agent

Rescue Work Mastery

Here's The Thing About Becoming a BAS Agent...

You've got your Cert IV (or you're close to finishing it). You know you need 1,400 hours of supervised experience to register with the Tax Practitioners Board. You're ready to level up your career and earn more by offering BAS services.

But here's what nobody tells you:

✗ Finding a quality supervisor who is good at mentoring and will actually take you on is harder than it should be

✗ Most supervisors are vague about pricing (you have to endure email ping pong or spend time booking a call just to find out)

✗ Some charge a percentage of your income (which adds up FAST)

✗ Many offer supervision meetings, but no actual training or systems

✗ You're terrified of touching a real client BAS returns because the Cert IV was a lot of theory that doesn't match the real world

✗ You have no idea how to actually accumulate those 1,400 hours while working

Real talk: The gap between being a Cert IV graduate and confident BAS Agent is HUGE. And most supervision programs leave you to figure it out on your own.

WHAT IF YOU HAD A COMPLETE SYSTEM?

HOW IT WORKS: 3-STEP PROCESS

I'm Kelly, and I've been exactly where you are. After 15+ years in bookkeeping, building and selling a practice for $200k+, and now supervising aspiring BAS agents, I know what actually works.

Here's what's different about my supervision program: You don't just get supervision meetings. You get the complete Real-World Bookkeeping course, which is the fast track to becoming real-world skilled, experienced and confident after your Cert IV (which we all know has some big gaps), PLUS hands-on active supervision. It's training + mentoring, not just one or the other.

Think of it this way: The course teaches you HOW to do the work, and the supervision sessions are where we work together on your actual client files. You're learning so much more valuable information AND you're accumulating hours at the same time.

Step 1: Enrol in The Real-World Bookkeeping Course

Step 2: Active Supervision on Real Client Files

Step 3: BAS Lodgement Under My Registration

WHY IS THIS SUPERVISION PROGRAM DIFFERENT?

COMPLETELY TRANSPARENT PRICING

No "enquire for pricing," no percentage of your income that adds up to thousands. Just clear, fixed rates you can budget for.

COURSE + SUPERVISION COMBO

Most supervisors give you meetings and expect you to figure out the work. I give you complete training PLUS hands-on supervision. You're not left wondering what you should be learning.

PAY-AS-YOU-NEED SUPERVISION HOURS

No forced monthly retainers. Book supervision when YOU need it. Some months you might book 2 sessions, other months none. It's based on your client workload, not an arbitrary schedule.

UNUSED SUPERVISION TIME GETS BANKED

If a supervision session only takes 40 minutes, That other 20 minutes sits in your account for when you need it most. It's never wasted!

ALL BAS PROCESSES & TEMPLATES INCLUDED

You get every template, checklist, process guide, and system I have and use in my own work. No starting from scratch. No reinventing wheels!

MONTHLY LIVE GROUP SESSIONS + FACEBOOK COMMUNITY

The live sessions are recorded and include extra training plus Q&As. The private Facebook group for in-between questions that get answered without booking a full supervision session. Learn from what other supervisees are asking too.

YOUR CLIENT SUBSIDISES YOUR SUPERVISION HOURS

Here's the part nobody else tells you: during our supervision session, you're still working on your client's file. So you charge them your hourly rate as part of your normal service. This means the supervision cost is only the difference between your hourly rate and the $110/hr you pay for supervision. Nice huh!

The 1,400 Hours Requirement

The Tax Practitioners Board requires 1,400 hours of relevant experience (or 1,000 hours if you're a member of a recognised association like ICB, ABA, or AAT).

What counts as relevant experience:

  • Preparing books and records for BAS purposes
  • Working on client files under supervision
  • Reviewing and preparing BAS returns
  • Managing payroll, GST, and PAYG matters

Important: You don't need 1,400 hours of supervision meetings. You need 1,400 hours of relevant WORK that's been supervised. That's why you do the work yourself, then we review it together.

Each supervision session covers the hours you spent working on that client's file, PLUS the supervision time itself. This is how you actually accumulate hours efficiently.

The Bookkeepers Support Difference

REALISTIC TIMELINE

Most Supervisees Take 12 - 24 Months to Register:

Full-time bookkeeping: 12 - 18 months (1,400 hours ≈ 8-9 months of full-time work, but spread over calendar year)
Part-time bookkeeping: 18 - 24 months
Casual/few clients: 24+ months (which is fine, the goal is competence, not speed)

The Real-World Bookkeeping course needs to be completed within this timeframe too. Most people finish the course in 6 - 12 months while working through their supervised hours.

THE COMPLETE INVESTMENT BREAKDOWN

Because I actually believe in transparent pricing, here's exactly what this costs:

REAL WORLD BOOKKEEPING

$1997 Upfront or $170/month payment plan over 12 months (Total = $2040 total)

ACTIVE SUPERVISION

$110 per hour as needed, with a minimum of 1 hour per BAS lodgement period.

BAS LODGEMENT FEE

$198 per BAS lodgement for me to lodge, (this is passed to YOUR client, not paid by you).

TOTAL: $2437 - $2920 approx

ROI Reality: Once registered, BAS Agents typically earn $60-$150+ per hour. Your investment will pay for itself with your guaranteed increased income.
