No, you can cancel at any time.
You will have instant access to the items listed in the example content section above, plus some more. Then you'll get access to a few new pieces of content each month (more if you choose the Complex membership, which gets access to everything.
We've done it this way so you don't get overwhelmed when you first log in.
No, because it's a month-to-month subscription that can be cancelled at anytime.
You'll find a mixture. Initially, there will be mostly PDFs and written content, but more video and some audio is coming in the future.
There is a live Q&A/mentoring session each fortnight for both Advanced and Complex memberships, but on different weeks. Once you get into the members are, you'll see a link to the schedule on the Featured Posts lists on the left.
You will be able to during and post their Lunch & Learn session, unless the expert is unable to stay for the additional time to answer questions. However, they will let you know how you can contact them for any further questions or help in the future.

Yes and the recordings will be available to you inside the membership. We will endeavor to pull out any key information that would be better as its own content piece so you get even more value out of the membership.
Occasionally we'll have additional external experts who will do Lunch & Learn sessions or the ad hoc webinar that's not in the regular content scheduling. Sometimes they will also provide PDF guides or videos that you will be able to access through the membership.
They will mostly cover topics related to business, marketing, mindset, scaling, and other topics related to specific bookkeeping and accounting information that will help you do your job better and faster.
About Kelly
Kelly started her own bookkeeping in 2008. A business she built and then sold for over $200k in 2023.
She started the Bookkeepers Support Facebook group in 2017 because she wanted a virtual water cooler so other solo bookkeepers could support each other in solving the bookkeeping headaches and walls they hit doing client work.
This evolved into her sharing more of her expertise with less experienced bookkeepers as she realised that the current bookkeeping education was lacking making the real-world application more difficult than it needed to be.
On top of over 17 years' experience as a bookkeeper, she also has a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Diploma in Project Management and a Diploma in Financial Services.
A wife, mum of 2 neurodiverse kids and also with ADHD herself, at one point she was running 4 businesses between her and her husband, so she's overcome many obstacles to success and knows how hard it building a business and dealing with clients.
She just wants to make it so easier for others, which is why she does what she does.
